Leonard Rice Engineers, Inc. (LRE Inc.) is a firm that provides consulting services related to planning, managing, and developing water at the highest level of technical excellence that is professional, ethical, and profitable. Xentity supported LRE Inc. in helping provide GIS Analytical Services in demonstrating the water historical usage changes. While population increased with new rate increases imposed by Government. Yet, the water usage decreased as the population type changed to residential. Residential has much lower usage than past other agricultural, mining, or industrial applications. By using GIS analysis of historical sources over decades, including Photo interpretation and Classification, Xentity generated a GIS database mosaicking the input data and classifying parcels with additional data matching needs from legal, engineering, and other report requirements demonstrating this change. This is very similar to another Water Utility project Xentity partook in, demonstrating a repeatable process.
