For the first time ever, Xentity has appeared on the Inc 5000 list, ranking at no. 3,281. Inc. magazine recently revealed such on their annual Inc 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

Inc 5000 ranks its list based on company growth and their competitiveness in their respective markets. According to Inc magazine’s data about company growth, shown here on Xentity’s entry page, Xentity experienced a growth of 115% over a three year period. Rankings are chosen according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2016 and 2019. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2016. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2019. The minimum revenue required for 2016 is $100,000; the minimum for 2019 is $2 million.

This new award joins several other awards Xentity has received in its nearly two decades of providing data consulting services to clients private and federal alike, including CIO’s 20 most promising government technology consulting companies in 2013, and Hispanic Business’ 500 largest US Hispanic owned companies to name a few. We at Xentity are very honored to have made this list and would like to thank Inc. magazine for their recognition.
