Xentity provided product deployment, configuration, and business analyst support for the Avolve Software workflow management product, ProjectDox.

Managing All Aspects of the Project

Xentity was responsible for managing all aspects of the ProjectDox implementation projects for the City of Santa Monica. Also, for the City of Portland. We accomplished this within the project schedules put forth and managed by the consultant and each of the cities. Furthermore, the consultant was considered the prime Project Manager on each of these projects and worked with support from Avolve personnel. Consultants also provided short term support as requested for other customers and internal projects. We provided the following support:

  • City of Santa Monica: Provided business analyst and project management support to implement a new version of ProjectDox (9.1) with a complex Accela integration across two new workflows.
  • City of Portland: Provided business analyst and project management support to implement a new version of ProjectDox (9.2) with three new workflows.  Support tasks included product configuration, workflow setup and configuration, workflow testing, report creation and deployment, and post implementation troubleshooting and support.
  • Other customers / internal projects: provided support as needed which included the following activities:
    • Data analysis and support
    • Training new staff
    • Etc.
